Through the contribution of pre-exhisting images and logos, all featured artist pages, advertising banners, and compiled graphics are designed by and for use on 20hzmusic.com. Any concerns over static content seen as inappropriate useage may addressed to info@20hzmusic.com.

2. Database information is contributed to 20hzmusic.com by site users and is not copywritten to the site.
All dynamic content is from contribution made by members of the music community, who may or may not be affiliated with production of the site. 20hzmusic.com claims no ownership to the information provided to the site through the database system.

3. 20hzmusic.com is not responsible for the database dynamic content.
While we are not responsible for monitoring content, 20hzmusic.com reserves the right to request contents be changed or removed.

4. 20hzmusic.com holds authority to remove harmfull information.
Information may be removed without warning if it is deemed to be offensive, slanderous, incorrect, untruthful or generally inappropriate for a community setting.As a member, you hold the right to request we review content in members profile that you may find to be offensive, slanderous, incorrect, untruthful or generally inappropriate; however, 20hzmusic.com is not required to take action.

5. 20hzmusic.com is not liable for any information loss.
If our server should incur an error and any information is lost, 20hzmusic.com will not compensate for information retrieval or re-entry costs. Keep back up files of all of your listings and images.

6. 20hzmusic.com will not be held responsible for any information lost during server downtime.
Time to time the server may be shut down for maintenance, or malfunctions may cause the site to become unavailable. If our server becomes inactive at anytime, 20hzmusic.com will not be held responsible for lost business.
